The LF1 is a compact 1-axis piezostage with a 66mm square aperture and with a travel range of either 100μm, 200µm or 300µm. It is recommended when low-footprint and an aperture are needed. The LF1 can be stacked (see the 2-axis model LF2), and completed with an integrated 50µm travel range along the Z axis if needed (see the 3-axis model LF3).
This piezostage can be combined with a coarse positioning Microstage (see our Hybrid System).
Square sample holders can be used with the LF1.
