It is possible to change the range of motion of one or more axis and/or change dimensions of the central aperture (up to 160 x 110 mm). We can provide nanopositioning stage with 10 to 500 microns range of motion on X, Y, Z.

Our process is the following. We will need information regarding your exact requirements such as:
Number of axis
Travel range on each axis
Size of the aperture
Space restriction
Speed requirement (type of signal, frequency)
Mass of the sample to be moved
Environment (vacuum, humidity, temperature, magnetic field, etc, )
USB interface or analogue controller needed (OEM electronics are also available)
Then, based on this information, we will design your system by using the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method to find the best compromise to match your needs.
Finally, we will send you the specifications of the customized product, a 3D image and a technical drawing.
For large quantity OEM, we generally send a prototype stage to validate the design which we offer.
