The LT5 is a 5-axis ultra-low profile nanopositioner primarily designed to be integrated in any kind of inverted microscope. This piezostage can be combined with a coarse positioning Microstage (See our Hybrid System).
The standard LT5 is made in aluminium but on request, the LT5.100 (100µm version) is available in Invar, which allows higher thermal stability.
